All our apartments are right next to the IUP campus with ample parking. For your safety, we have a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector in every apartment.

We have single rooms with private bath, air-conditioning, and MicroFridge unit available on a two semester lease if you are a serious student who enjoys quiet and privacy. Our single rooms are also available for summer rental.
